Fogadtatás to Budapest and the Eighth European International Kidney Cancer Symposium! On behalf of the Board of Directors, the Medical and Scientific Steering Committee, and the staff of the Kidney Cancer Association, we welcome you to Budapest.

We are delighted to have you with us and hope you will find the Symposium productive and informative. This special event would not have been possible without the dedication and hard work of the Symposium Planning Committee – Bernard Escudier, M.D., Martin Gore, Ph.D., FRCP, James Larkin, M.D., MCRP, Manuela Schmidinger, M.D., Cora N. Sternberg, M.D., FACP, Peter Tenke, M.D. They have put together the scientific program that we hope will inspire you to continue your work in kidney cancer.

Since 1990, the Kidney Cancer Association has dedicated itself to the eradication of kidney cancer, and to improving care and increasing survival of kidney cancer patients worldwide. We are the only organization of its kind to serve kidney cancer patients, their families, and physicians around the world. As we work to globalize our organization, we hope to continue our collaboration with you so that we may be of further assistance to you and your patients.

Please note that as part of our commitment to environmental responsibility, Symposium presentations will be provided online this year.

Thank you again for joining us for the Eighth European International Kidney Cancer Symposium. If there is anything with which we can help you during the next two days, please do not hesitate to call on us.

Warm Regards,

Ronald M. Bukowski, M.D.
